I have been working with TurboCash for over 10 years now and have put my clients onto it when they start a new business.
One of my clients who was on TC4 had a crash on 30 December which was repaired by Os Solutions. After working a few days, another error popped up, at which point, I was advised to install TC5. After installing TC5, it didn't work, so I was advised to upgrade the Firebird to 2.5. After which it worked, but suddenly the year-end had changed from February to November and this was only noticed when it came time to start preparing for the actual year end and after a 2nd crash which happened a week before year-end.
I now have books that don't print in the correct periods and I have been advised by Os Solutions to do the audit on this totally meaningless set of books and to setup a new set of books for the next year.
Is there any way that I can repair or recover the information already posted into a set with the correct years?
Please help, I'm desperate.
