"The only way to run payments based VAT is to run a full open item system. It depends on volume,but my advice is to run invoice based and then Eyeball the difference. Always  overpay the Receiver. You get it back the following month. For…"

The Tax authorities may impose changes in the VAT (GST/Sales tax) rates. For example, in South Africa, the South African Revenue Services (SARS), changed the VAT rate from 14% to 15% on 1 April 2018.
